You must be given at least 21 days between when your bill is mailed or delivered and when your payment is due, and your bill must be due on the same date each month. Your payment could be considered late if it is received after 5:00 p.m. on the due date. Payments due on weekends, holidays or when the card issuer is closed cannot be subject to late fees.
